Background
    Many elderly people of Mental Health issues are leading to mortality and mo
idity problems due to fall as following has exhibited by mental health conditions that have been quite a for them. From many reviews and articles on elderly people with dementia and cognitive impairment have pointed out that mental health conditions are the main problems with people especially when they cannot cope up with the regular balance of their lifestyle. The main objective of the review has evaluated the effectiveness of prevention of fall to the older people with mental health problems and the care and security that they need (Jin, 2018). Patient Safety is one of the main issues with people of medical background and it is specially implemented for elders with mental health issues. From a recent report it has been pointed out that at least 36000 falls have been reported among elderly population who are dealing with dementia (Thomas et al., 2019). The treatments of mental health problems like psychotropic medication and electroconvulsive therapy are in flight to have higher chances of fall risk the positive effects in rehabilitation and increased stay in the hospital with long term care. Its association with hospital charges are also increasing which is creating problems for the elderly.
Therefore, the research has prescribed a systematic review on the various factors that are leading to the main problems of following issues among the elderly population and it is also providing the possible impacts of it. The previous data have not suggested any sign of mental health setting for the fall prevention issues but the recent data has focus more on Alzheimer's disease and a domain shop for people having the problem of falling (Öztürk et al., 2018). Therefore, the proposal next address certain areas of inspection an elderly people with dementia and other mental health problems and how they can be prevented from falling and getting themselves hurt.
Clinical problem statement
    Elderly people with mental health issues are dealing with physical injuries due to falling. That is why the proposal need to understand the reason behind the fall prevention possibilities of the elderly people with severe mental health issues like dementia and Alzheimer’s.
Purpose of the change proposal
    The purpose of education system pointing out the main aspects of following issues of elderly population and how the old people with mental health problem have higher risk to it. Generally, the elderly people are very prone to us foreign and many of them cannot keep their balance when they are old and feeble. But the tendency is seen among most patients with mental health problems especially when they are dealing with Alzheimer's or dementia. Therefore, to research will reflect upon the methods of prevention in regards to elderly people with mental health problems and how they are different from other patients who do not have mental health problems. The purpose of the research will circulate around the main problem of many older individual having mental health issues and how they can be shared with proper medical help and support.
