Description of the Fact Sheet Project.
The impact of Burnout and Compassion Fatigue on Veterinary workers in the Canadian Animal Care industry. The readers are most likely already aware but do not of the preventive measures. My primary purpose is the to inform whilst secondary is prevention.

1) Work Completed: Summary and Intended Use of Research Sources. ( this is the source I got so far but I want more Canadian sources as my research as to be Canadian base as possible.)
VetMEDTeam, When Caring Hurts: Managing Compassion Fatigue 2013.The sources guides how the owners of the clinics to identify and handle the stress . The question based on what are the triggers and the solutions to the issue as well as the preventive measures to the problem are answered under Recognizing Compassion Fatigue, The Four R's Manage CF, and What Can You Do as a Manager? (pg24-35).
