1. The equation is x+2y=2
When we substitute (0,1) we get 0+2=2 which is true.
When we substitute (2,0) we get 2+0=2 which is true.
When we substitute (0,-1) we get -2=2 which is false.
When we substitute (-8,5) we get -8+10=2 which is true.
So (0,1) (2,0) and (-8,5) are the solutions for this equation.
2. The equation is 2x+y=10
When we substitute x=5 we get 10+y=10.So y=0.The point is (5,0).
When we substitute y=10 we get 2x+10=10.So x=0.The point is (0,10).
When we substitute y=-2 we get 2x-2=10.So 2x=12.x=6.The point is (6,-2)
When we substitute x=7 we get 14+y=10.So y=-4.The point is (7,-4).
3. The co-ordinates of the point are (2,4)
4. The co-ordinates of the point are (-1,-3).
5. The points are (10,7) and (8,-10).
The...
