Each    student    will    prepare    a    Personal    and    Professional    Development    Plan    (PPDP)    for    continued    leadership    
development.        The    period    of    the    plan    depends    on    your    cu
ent    career    and    life    stage.        It    should    cover    a    
minimum    of    two    years    but    could    be    5    or    10    years.        Select    a    time    frame    that    makes    sense    to    you    and    
iefly    explain    why.    
    
Select    a    model    or    framework    of    personal    and    leadership    development    that    resonates    with    you    and    
iefly    justify    your    choice.        Ensure    that    the    components    of    your    plan    are    anchored    by    appropriate    
leadership    theory    and    models.        
    
You    should    consider    the    influence    of    national    and    organisational    cultures    and    social    practices    on    your    
cu
ent    leadership    perspectives    and    how    you    can    be    effective    as    a    future    leader    in    other    cultures,    as    we    
operate    in    an    increasingly    global    economy.    
    
Output/Deliverable    and    parameters    of    the    assessment:    
Each    student    will    submit    a    report    which    contains    your    PPDP    and    
ief    explanations.        The    report    can    be    in    
Word    or    PDF    format    of    2,000    words    or    an    equivalent    in    PPT    (landscape)    format    with    voice-over    
explanations.

● Planning    templates    in    the    Activities    sections    of    Modules    4    and    5.    
●     The    Learning    Facilitator    will    suggest    a    range    of    possible    models    for    leadership

INTRODUCTION
The concept of leadership plays most crucial role in every organization as it is linked with managing teams and other operational tasks so that overall performance of the company can be well maintained with the help of this (Renz & Herman, 2016). Further, it is not at all possible for every individual to become leader and it requires some unique traits and attributes that enhance the ability of individual to act as leader within the workplace. Leadership skills and the traits contribute a lot in becoming successful leader and in turn the individual is able to efficiently operate as successful leader. The present report prepared is based on development of PDP plan for enhancing the leadership skills and it has explained in deep for better understanding.
Personal and professional development plan
For building my leadership skills it is required for me to prepare effective plan through which I can work on the development of the areas where my performance as a leader is not up to the mark and needs improvement (DuBois, et al. 2015). Further, it is a well known fact that leader posses large number of skills such as team management, planning, creative thinking etc and presence of all these skills enhances the overall ability of the leader to conduct the assigned tasks in the most appropriate manner.     At present I am unable to listen to others for long period of time and I do not have patience to listen for longer period of time
