Analysing the Scenario of Public Health Leade
Health Leadership Framework organisation is one of the largest and most important healthcare foundation and is one of the largest commerce. As mentioned above also, healthcare industry being a part of hospitality industry affects every other individual directly or indirectly, associated or non-associated. This is majorly because of the fact that every individual is associated with from their birth to death either by working with this industry or by using the services provided.
Gopee and Galloway (2017) mentioned that there are a number of contributing factors, which provide the required contribution and they are necessary for the healthcare industry to move towards success. Leadership and management are one of the contributing factors that are necessary in order to improve the relationships and resistance within the other contributing factors. A public health leader is required to target and influence every issue persisting within the Australian healthcare system. Swanwick and McKimm (2017) suggested that leadership in healthcare is very much different from leadership in other industries. Regardless of the way, through which the health of an individual is affected, decision making plays a very important role.
The Goals of Leadership Framework
