in Burnsville. Customers pay for their purchases at the time sale. Commercial 
customers, purchasing over 10 items, may pay in installments. Marge pays the 
local artists 50% at the time she buys their work, and the balance on the sale 
of the work to end-customer. All disbursements and receipts are handled in the
