Examine your current organization and workplace to identify issues that dictate the need for formal policy development (such as frequent violations of procedures or rules, problems of productivity/quality/schedules, frequent complaints from customers or employees, behavioral inconsistencies, etc.).

Introduction 
The organizational policy term can be characterized as: standards built up for driving an 
organization, a general game-plan in which a few practices are created in a constructive way, 
helpfully, planning to achieve certain goals. The creation of policies characterize the state of 
mind, desires and estimations of the association concerning how people are dealt with, and also 
served as perspective for the advancement of organizational practices and for choices made by 
individuals, other than bringing about equivalent treatment among people. Being part of 
managerial team in a hospital, I will discuss about the importance of creation of policies in an 
hospital. (Demo, G., 2012). 
Issues with the Lack of Policy 
The absence of policy, or inadequately planned frameworks, and the subsequent absence of
