Locate the policy manual for your local school district. Select a policy that deals with equity and addresses the supervision and evaluation process for staff.
Write a 250- to 300-word response to the following:
· Identify a demand that may have initiated the creation of the policy.
· Identify at least 2 practices associated with that policy.
· Identify the roles (principal, teacher, staff, etc.) covered by the policy.
· Identify any potential issues that you can see with implementation of this policy.
· Include your own experience, as well as 2 citations that align with or contradict your comments as sourced from peer-reviewed academic journals, industry publications, books, and/or other sources. Cite your sources using APA formatting. If you found contradicting information to what your experience tells you, explain why you agree or disagree with the research.
