Introduction

concept of sustainability. Design, delivery and development of building have to be based on the
needs of clients. Most of the construction companies are using different methods providing
valuable services to the customers. LEED and BREEAM called as the most important
environment assessment methods used by the construction industry. These methods are highly
helpful for ensuring the quality and sustainability of the building. This White Paper aims to give
the advantage and disadvantages of the LEED and BREEAM. It also considers different aspects
elated with the LEED and BREEAM. It is the duty of the companies to provide quality services
