Health Issue: Pregnancy care in Maternity Ward (MW) In hospitals
Women need more medical service than men due to gender-based conditions, the healthcare organizations have to allocate more number of staffs in the maternity ward and the healthcare organization also has to provide effective training to the nurses for providing better care for the pregnant women. Pregnant women are facing different problems, due to the hormone changes, their body became weak and it also affect their physical and mental health. If the nurses are not providing proper care and support to the pregnant women it will create different problems. Research said that quality staff in MW enhances the pregnancy care outcome and customer experience. The nurses have to conduct reviews of patient care on regular basis to assess patient function and quality of life. Feedback analysis will help to streamline and fine tune the healthcare functions in MW, it is the duty of the healthcare professionals to observe and record the movements of pregnant women. Pregnant women required special care and support. By introducing rapid assessment and management systems the healthcare professional can ensure quality healthcare services to the pregnant women.
