Managed care organization can be defined as; organization that attempts to incorporate 
the financing and deliverance of medical care so that, excellent medical care services could be 
provided within a fixed budget to a registered population (Safran et al., 2000). There might be 
observed various standard models related with managed care out of which, Staff Model HMO is 
the key one that has been adopted  by my health care organization as well. 
Since, it’s not possible to establish a health care organization without the assistance of 
physicians so; I will prefer to involve talented health care professionals in my team. I would tell 
such persons that in present economy, Staff Model HMO offered by us can be called the best 
option for them as; a reasonable, reliable and standard compensation is being offered by us to all 
the members of our team. Further, they might also gain incentive bonus on the basis of 
productivity and satisfaction of patients. Besides, as they would need to devote only limited time 
to our organization hence;
