Select one of the following topics and post a substantial discussion. Note in the subject line whether you are answering questions 1,2, or 3. In your replies, be sure you are answering the other two questions so, by the end of the week, you have covered all three topics.
1. Name at least 3 characteristics the receptionist should possess and state the reasons why.
2. Describe the ideal reception area in terms of patient comfort.
3. List four examples of special situations which could occur in the reception area and describe how the receptionist should respond.
