	In Australia, Health care is given by groups of clinicians, who work in association with patients, carers and families. A constant national framework for high-quality and safe care for consumers and patents is provided by the National Model Clinical Governance Framework which is developed by Australian Commission that is centred on the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. In particular, the partnering of the Clinical Governance Standard with Consumer Standard, the Clinical Governance Framework has five components. These components are further analysed in detail. 
Components of the Clinical Governance Framework
	A cohesive component of commercial governance of health service establishments is clinical governance. It makes sure that everyone from clinicians to administrators at the frontline and members of central figures like boards is held responsible to patients and for guaranteeing the provision of health services which are harmless, integrated, high quality, effective and constantly refining, community is accountable.
