Cultural safety position statement
Several health care organizations in Australia run by following the same mission and vision that is to provide the best health care to the patients. However, there are different distractions in performing their duties up to the mark (Mossialos et al., 2016). The health care organization Goodwill has become one of these organizations that were founded with the vision that to provide the best health care to their target population or the patients. Their position statement has become not only to serve the patients with the best care but also to recover them from poor families where malnourishment prevails. Official staff members are there to enroll the patients. They take a detailed history of the patients. The unofficial department includes sweepers, laundry, and others. There is a good number of nurses also. The nursing professionals have been engaged to take good care of the patients. the organization not only maintains the traditional norms but also they have coped with the modernized health care practices. The modernized practices include online consultation of the physicians. The organization has developed a well built online portal through which the patients can connect to the doctors.
