1.An investor banker is a kind of company which keeps providing different kinds of financial 
fund related services to individuals, government and companies and keep working as large 
divisions of banks. Investor bankers keep arranging capitals for financing and handle the 
burden of risks while buying securities from issuers while selling it to institutional buyers. 
The investor banker acts as advisory in financial sectors for raising money for the capital 
markets. Investor banker is engaged in the process of mergers and acquisitions by generating 
more revenues. There is a major role of investor banker in the process of arranging equity 
financing. It greases the wheels of capital market by involving itself in the lengthy battles of 
mergers and acquisitions process(Chen, M.J    1995). It helps the clients to grow its business 
by explaining about terms and risks associated with the funding process. The investor bankers 
help companies by offering expertise to other companies, prepare all kinds of necessary 
documents and ensure that rules and regulations of government like (SEC and NASDQ) are 
followed.
