How clearly do I understand the needs of this community as they have been identified? What further education or other support do I feel I need to have a clear understanding?    The people of the Galiya community who belongs to the discreet First Nations community are suffering due to the impacts of the ongoing colonizing projects. There are colony and building erected by destroying the tress and natural habitats of the area. Hence, colonizing is invading their culture by establishing political control over the people of the Galiya community. Further, the Galiya communities are facing various issues such as intergenerational discernment, widespread poverty, illiteracy and marginalization due to the construction of colonies within their regions. The Galiya community is located in the rural region which is nearly 250 km away from the nearest regional center and 1000 km away from the state capital. The state government was able to manage the Aboriginal reserve over a period of 70 years.
    Due to the ongoing colonizing project, there are instances of multifaceted, shared instances of integrational trauma among the Galiya community people. Further, there has been instances of violence, defunct government, destruction of the environment and the degradation of the resources, removal of the children forcefully, confinement into various Christian missions and reserves for practicing bonded labor and sustained racial slur and discrimination towards the community. Hence, it is racism which can have an indirect impact on the access to education, employment and housing opportunities for the people of Galiya community (Paradies Y, et. al., 2015). It is higher level of education which is associated with the wellbeing and health along with employment opportunities, other social benefits, income, health and better living conditions for the people of Galiya community (Hart et al. 2017). Further, the areas which needs improvement for supporting the people of Galiya community are early childhood education, Year 12, tertiary and post school education which necessitates actions and improvement (AIHW, 2021).

ent policies for supporting the Galiya community are based on community-based strengths which are drawn based on the survival and ongoing resistance of the colonizing projects in the community. Hence, they must be able to regain their sovereign rights on their ancestral lands, power and properties. Secondly, there prevails a strong cultural bonding within the community. This consist of respect towards the leadership along with authority of the elders towards the community along with adhering to the decisions of the traditional owner groups. Thirdly, there must be emphasize on delivering intergenerational education with respect to the histories, people and places of the Galiya community. Fourthly, it is imparting of cultural and traditional knowledge towards the members of the community by providing training programs along with qualification in various professional service area for getting employment opportunities. Finally, it is aimed towards innovative development approaches for improving the lives of Galiya community through various sustainability developmental initiatives which will be for the well-being of the people along with creating a congenial environment in the region.
    The policies to support the Galiya community will be by making contact with the local Galiya community. A good starting point will be to contact the Local Galiya Land Council or Local Galiya Educational Consultive Group. Secondly, we need to find out the traditional custodians of the Galiya community along with the language spoken by them. The children of the Galiya community are linked with the culture, family, water and land in which they are born. Hence, it is essential for the educator to develop a relationship and discuss with the family, and the land that they are connected with. This will create a sense of belongingness towards the children and their families. Finally, there must be opportunities to the families for recognizing the Aboriginal culture, who will take care of the education and care services, inquire about the tribal names of Galiya outdated custodians and highlight them. Further, there will be usage of linguistic, melodies, tournaments and stories of the local area which will be a learning experience (ACECQA, 2021).

oader practice approaches do I feel are most relevant to supporting a successful engagement and working relationship with this community around their identified needs?    The Galiya people of the community are severely impacted by the loss of lands which are their ancestral heritage, impact on their culture and languages, trauma due to unemployment and racial discrimination and marginalization. The possible approaches which are relevant and can support the indigenous communities can be emphasizing on the development of the culture of the Galiya community which helps in development of respect, value along with incorporation of the knowledges, languages and the possible ways for programming and policy development. Secondly, it is through the development of the community, by a
anging face-to-face meetings will provide great opportunity to demonstrate openness along with the transparency of the stakeholders. It is important to consider the events which will make the things compelling to the stakeholders and will encourage attendance.
