The following decisions of sending the participants for quarantine have also been quite a quick decision that have made fruitful result.

This is a very important and appropriate change management model that will focus on the stakeholders and their awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement towards the common goal of the project. With implementation of it, the stakeholders will value the input and output of the stakeholders with constant support that will initiate the change and all the stakeholders will be affected for from it. The knowledge and ability provided from the stakeholders will focus on the understanding of how the change has been made and it will provide the employees the confidence to fulfil the main objective the initiative conversation and open discussion among each other.

This particular section will be reflecting on the experience in terms of working with the other group members for preparing this presentation.
The ways by which I have contributed to the team presentation
A group presentation is something where a lot of people get confused because a lot of people are associated with it. Furthermore, in the first place, I considered that I might be the strongest or weakest link in the group presentation. Therefore, the following are some of the ways by which I contributed to the group presentation effectively:
Practicing together- whenever it was possible I used to meet all of the group members in person for planning and also preparing as a team. Furthermore, due to this pandemic situation also considered few preparatory meetings through teleconference (Browning, 2013)
Selecting leader- Out of everyone having proper leadership qualities I selected myself as the leader of this presentation and others in my group also voted for me. Furthermore, I was the person who took lead in terms of motivating the team and also gaining agreement over the dos and don’ts of the presentation.
Establishing the roles, purpose, and expectations for the team- I decided the major points that I wanted to make and then selected the best people from my team as per their expertise as well as determine how they will be working together for expressing their points (Burke et al., 2006)
The things that I learned about myself being a member of the team

However, there were some more ways by which my communications were enhanced/developed more during the presentation: Firstly, I knew my target audience before the presentation so I prepared the appropriateness of my language as well as the level of competence in the presentation.
