Implementing a strategic plan:
As per the case study the implementation approach is not the right one as it is only concentrated to the senior level management and the middle and the lower management is not at all aware. In such a scenario the implementation is bound to fail as all the stakeholders are not in the same page of the organisation objectives and goals. Implementation is the process that actually ensures that the strategies and the plans are transformed into actions to accomplish the organisation goals.
