Objective
The object of this project is to analyze the adjusted close price of Zillow.Com on the basis of the personal savings rate. The technique of co
elation analysis and regression analysis is used to predict the adjusted closing price of Zillow on the basis of personal savings rate. 
Data
The dependent variable is adjusted close price of Zillow.Com. The independent variable is personal savings rate. The data is collected by the method of secondary research. Yahoo finance.Com is used as the source to collect the data for exhausted clothes price of Zillow. The source of the data for personal savings rate considering u
an consumers with seasonal adjustment is Fred economic data, Saint Louis fed.
The data is collected on the monthly basis from August 2015 up till January 2018. The collected data is given below.

The average adjusted closing price of Zillow and the personal savings rate is 34.17 and 4.42 respectively. The standard deviation for the adjusted closing price of Zillow and the personal savings rate is very low.  Standard deviation measures the dispersion in true units. The low value of standard deviation implies that the mean for the adjusted closing price of Zillow and the personal savings rate is reliable.  The median adjusted closing price of Zillow and the personal savings rate is 35.02 and 4.10. I observe that there is not a much significant difference in the value of mean and median. This indicates that distribution for the adjusted closing price of Zillow and the personal savings rate is normal. Kuznets, S., & Murphy, J. T. (1966).
