Health care workers provide a valuable frontier in the prevention and treatment of diseases. One of the biggest challenges they face is effective communication with a wide range of literate clients and limited experience as a patient. At the same time, accurate diagnosis, proper treatment, and good compliance depend on the flow of information between the healthcare provider and its customers (Furtmueller, van Dick &Wilderom, 2011). Healthcare professionals who can improve interpersonal skills have the potential to significantly improve care and treatment.

ent study was performed to investigate the impact of communication skillfulness of physicians on patients’ satisfaction.
Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to understand and develop higher-level skills for more complex situations, such as dealing with confrontation and conflict situations. This study describes the influence of values, perception, and communication anxiety on interpersonal communication and identifies strengths and challenges in their own communication style and behavior.

“Micro-skills” means specific ability to communicate effectively with others.
