Question 1:
Markets are developed in several financial instruments - It includes primary and secondary stock markets, which are ordinary shares, hy
id, and debt instruments, which are prefe
ed shares, convertible bonds, subordinated debt, and derivatives, which are stocks, wa
ants, and futures.
Securities Trading System Provision - Most new and useful stock markets have adopted electronic trading services, such as the ASX Trading framework used by the ASX. Also, buy or sell orders are placed by registered
okers on ASX Exchange. The device suits instructions, and the trade is conducted.
Clearing and settlement mechanism service - Global competitive forces need exchanges within T+3 days to settle stock transactions. If applications become much more effective, this timeframe will be further shortened. The method that ASX uses is known as CHESS.
Regulation and control of the credibility of the exchange markets - The market must be productive and integral. The ASX has a set of listing rules of its own. The exchange shall track the actions of the listed firms and registered

ied out by a
oker, and their services are paid with commission or trading fees (Reinkensmeyer, 2020). Two major categories of stock
okers exist full-service
okers and
okers online.
Full-service
okers provide guidance on acquiring and selling shares, making decisions, reviewing, and compiling customized investment plans (KAGAN, 2020). As a consequence of the advice and other services offered, they usually charge a higher
okerage fee. A full-service
oker is a registered financial
oker-dealer company that provides its customers with a wide range of services, including analysis and advice, pension scheduling, tax tips, and many more. This all comes at a premium, of course, since fees at full-service
okerages are far higher than at discount
okers. Full-service
okers may offer expertise to persons who do not have the patience to keep up-to-date on technical topics such as tax or estate planning. Still,...
