Hi I’m Allison from St. Paul MN, my goal as of now is to get my business management degree and apply it to my current position and work my way up to HR. I think I posses a more democratic leadership style. I like to make decisions with everyone’s input and ability levels. I believe the more engaged and the more comfortable you feel in your position the better you’ll do. In turn making the work employees put out better. I understand the journal entries for each reading!

Hello Everyone,

Pittsburgh PA native here! We just started the New Year moving from Raleigh NC to Louisville KY. I am married to my wonderful husband of 10 years. We have two wonderful children ages 3 and 8. My personal career goal is to get back to work in a management position again. Due to COVID my management position was switched to food prep by the school district. The schools in KY are not open. I now have to stay at home with the kids and monitor remote learning, while my husband gets to go to work. I am really hoping to find a good solution to this problem soon. My leadership skills are always being improved on. I love coaching and training others, seeing them become successful with my help. My best quality is being able to analyze a situation to make a good response. I am self motivated and love to become better at anything I try. I understand the journal requirements.
