Hospitality industry runs upon the basis of service that the staff provides to patients and healthcare is no exception. It is a highly regulated organization that is being influenced by moral, ethical as well as legislative laws and regulations and therefore, it requires continuous transitions with the leadership styles as well. CEO of Baxter international mentioned a very distinct yet effective leadership style for their organization. They mentioned that healthcare could work effectively only if the leaders and followers work together in order to complete the tasks and therefore, ‘transformational leadership’ style is the preferred leadership style for their organization. 
They specifically focused towards the fact that leaders needs to identify the follower’s sense of identity and self for a project in order to project the collective identity of the organization.
