	Due to being a nurse or a healthcare professional, our main objective lies in providing the best care to the patients by uplifting their mental strength by the means of therapeutic relationship and through active communication skills and positive gestures, which help them feel more positive towards life. Sometimes, there come such conflicting situations raised out of the ethical issues related to the patients, where there is an utter confusion between the free will and the good will of the patients. This might be highly prevalent in a number of cases coming to our organization, where a schizophrenic patient, undergoing a drug abuse, is demanding for the particular drug repeatedly and they claim it as their right to have it.
In such cases, they claim that we are no one, who can refuse it to them. Alternatively, there might be a situation arising where an extremely poor patient who urgently requires treatment and care is unable to get it from any institution. This may give rise to any fatal situation concerning the ethical issues and the right decision at the right time needs to be taken concerning ethics in healthcare.
