Interviewing helps knowing about a person’s experience and thoughts or opinions. I had a chance to interview two people form senior positions in the restaurant business. Their experiences before Covid 19 and during the pandemic adds a lot of value to how businesses are handled during crisis. As restaurants had to remain shut down for a while and also faced a very low footfall during the pandemic, it forms an interesting and insightful interview set. The interview was conducted virtually through a video call. The two persons interviewed along with their names, positions and job responsibilities include:
