Leadership Strategies Overcoming Short-Term Organizational Weakness and Improving Long-Term Performance
The pace of change is so rapid that fusion and mergers are on the rise as one of the most successful ways to achieve strategic growth. However, the ability of a company to grow in our sluggish economy, despite a host of fusions and acquisitions. CEOs worldwide are driving business performance in different sizes or industries. I have found certain elements of leadership management that have to be improved to achieve organizational objectives from my experience of visiting the local health organization.
In six different leadership strategies, I have determined this evaluation. If these steps are executed effectively, drive performance improvement and growth capacity (DeLay & Hardy, 2017). These strategies are engaging the people, leveraging highly impacting leadership practice, aligning proper matrix, removing the internal system blocks properly and finally using development and training strategically.
A wide range of researchers in several major sectors has about researched the direct relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate efficiency. The explicit analysis of this relationship remains somewhat vague, as many other factors affect this relationship implicitly. This research therefore takes into account Transformation Leadership (TFL) as a possible mediator in the role of CSR in improving the quality of corporate workers in the banking sector of information technology (Masa’deh, Alrowwad, Alkhalafat, Obeidat & Abualoush, 2018).
Creating a Management Style and Strategy Based on Organizational Goals and Mission
The primary organizational goal and mission is optimized productivity system. In the hospital organization, the work environment depends on the employees. Employees like, nurses, doctors and staffs. Proper employee engagement is very vital for composing and affecting a proper management. Therefore, here are few strategies that can be applied to achieve that.
Leadership must strengthen the employee's understanding of the business strategy (Vizzuso, 2015). It is important to ensure that everybody can answer these questions, that why clients prefer the organization, who their most important rivals are, why the customers go to them and how the manager should contribute to their uniqueness.
Creating confidence is also important. Employees must know that they are concerned and committed to their success by their managers and executives. It should be made sure each individual employee uses his or her prefe
