You are invited to choose a project area that you are passionate about and study an exemplar compassionate response to the situation. Complete the template and provide a 750 word reflection on this kind of project /business. Include minimum 5 references that show the sources of information and inspiration for your topic. The references can be examples of similar practices, books, or articles from Google Scholar. You may include up to 3 pictures (12cm x 17cm) from your research or photographs by yourself, (or a sketch or diagram), and acknowledge the source if the picture is not your own. In developing the joint fruitful activity with the children in the overall process of the decision making the behavioral concept a sustainable reflective attitude can be seen. Removals of the unethical behavior along with the improvement of the quality of education have always been the core concern of this project.
	Enabling Actions
Understanding of the ethics, the adoption of the framework of virtue ethics in the field of the decision making procedure of the early childhood education system has been initiated.
Infants are the future of society, here and a better quality of education to the children results a better future ahead.
Calculating the risk factors and future consequences, all the decisions have been taken.
