In the 20

 century, the United States opened the medicals, nursing schools, dental 
schools and hospitals for providing the healthcare facilities, but patients could not take the proper 
treatment due to many reasons or forces that affected healthcare demand. First, the government 
provided the health care insurance during the work which was costly or expensive that affected 
the employee savings. Second, in the US, government started the health programs and training 
centers, but it focused on the rich person and left the poor person and families. Third, it provided 
the high cost medicines which were not suitable for every patient, because they could not spend 
the enough money for treatment (Young, 2015).
