Each statement should be approximately one or two paragraphs in length.

Portfolio format:You're required to collate your evidence and reflections and submit them as a PDF document.

Students with diverse, linguistic, cultural, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds
Education is a field that does not distinguishes between the students of any caste, religion or socioeconmic backgrounds. Most of the classrooms are full of students who are not financially sound and with different family structure. Being a teacher, I believe that every student has a right to education and having students of diverse environment is good as I can support them in providing them education. Treating each student as same will enahce the overall skills of students as I will concentrate on the social and emotional development. Each student has the potential to become successful in life; each student have some talent and skill that will be my task to identify and teach them.
The most challenging task for me is to teach the primary classes (say 3rd and 4th class). It is because language barier is the issue. I have to translate the lessons to the students who are not able to understand it properly. I have to give special attention to the students with diabilities so that they can grasp the things more quickly.
After getting placed in an educational institution, I went prepared with the plan on how I will proceed with the lecture? I dictated the answers for some questions this helped the stidents who are not able to understand properly, I used to conduct activities related to the subject lessons. This strategy will be helpful for me to teach all the studentsincluding students with disabilities (Paolini, 2017).
Till the time of placement, I covered all the topics related to teaching and learning difficulties that students face during their education.
Standard 2.6
Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
I was not aware of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) before my placement; there was a mentor for me who asked me to use smart technology devices. These devices include smart TV, iPads and a software named Google Classroom. My mentor has advised me to use ICT as it gives better understanding of the subject to the students fastly as compared to the offline teaching methods. The ICT helps students to take interest in their respective subjects and also the classroom data is saved on the University intranet that can be used anytime by the teacher. I took help from the students of my class to know more about ICT.
ICT was proved helpful to me as I can use it to teach mathematics and other subjects to the students. It was also helpful for the students as they can save their work as a draft in a folder that can be edited later.
I used the smart TV and Google Classroom to educate the students about the course topics. Book creator is a tool that is used to create a document for a course that is taught in class. Students used their iPads to complete their assigned projects. ICT is useful and effective for the students as well as for me as a teacher (Bullock, 2015    ).

Unlike teaching, learning is also challenging; for the students. Not every student learn quickly and not every student takes time in learning a topic.
