Introduction
Being self-reliant means that a person does not have to depend on another person. Self-reliance as a traditional American value, which is profoundly important and difficult aspects of the American character to understand. They must learn to rely on themselves. America’s is self-reliant because they must learn to rely on themselves and take responsibility or risk losing freedom. Most Americans believe that they must be self-reliant in order to keep their freedom and if they rely to much, they going to lost some of their freedom.
Body Paragraph 1
First claim of Thesis statement 
Learn to rely on themselves and take responsibility because they should take care of themselves , solve their own problems , and “ stand on their own two feet”. Most Americans believe that they must be self-reliant in order to keep their freedom and if they rely to much, they going to lost some of their freedom because being self-reliant has the benefit of allowing you to take on and complete jobs without having to wait for someone to finish their part of the job. In order to be self-reliant a person has to accept himself/ herself by becoming their best friend. This will help them build their inner confidence, and that will help them to make their own decision. This will help the person retain their values and beliefs, which will make them feel happy about whatever they are doing of their own and that will also make them responsible for the results that they receive from their work.
