	The fall in healthcare is interpreted as the sudden loss of balance. It can be due to aging, physical deformity or weakness of some kind or it can be aligned to some mental issues in people. The crucial factors related to fall are associated with the psychiatry facilities where the patients are closely monitored but still, preventive measures against fall are not well carried out. The problem with fall is due to the fact that it adds to more injuries to someone who is already undergoing sensitive mental state, demanding for extreme care. 
The Context 
	Fall prevention is one of the major contributing factors especially related to psychiatry facilities. In fact, fall management is the core component of the holistic model of care delivered to individuals. This project takes the context of the aged care associated with fall because at that particular point of time in life, loss of memory and control over sensory motor skills in individuals diminishes. Consequently, fall is the source of the prominent injuries related to the movement of the human body especially for older people. They tend to lose control over their body and they require support based coordination, when placed in psychiatry facilities due to any kind of mental issues such as dementia, anxiety or depression. The vulnerability of old age group to fall increases in the cases of having any kind of mental issue and dementia is one of the potential sources behind the fall based injuries which can be life threatening at times.
