How it is used to treat patients?

In other words, BA is a kind of therapy intervention that emphasises behavioural modifications in a client's everyday life (most frequently used to treat depression). Helping the client schedule more things they genuinely love doing, assisting the client in improving their social skills, or just having the client keep a log of their own feelings and activities are all examples of BA treatments.
