DEAR EXPERT YOU HAVE WROTE FOR ME ESSAY ATTAHCED AND HERE THE FEEDBACK FORM MY TEACHER PLEASE MAKE RESPONSE TO HIM.AND ANSWER HIS QUESTION IN HIS FEEDBACK.
QUESTION
You propose that "...for the country and government it is recommended to focus on social insurance and development XXXXXXXXXXPrevention of social division and their development in term of welfare can be brought through educational and technological development."
According to Esping-Andersen (2010), today Europe stands at a crossroads which is similar to that of the post-World War II era and the invention of the modern welfare state. The challenge is immense, because the ongoing revolutions in both the labour market and family structure that are creating fantastic new opportunities are also posing novel social risks and needs. What is striking about most continental European countries is how little they have changed: They remain firmly wedded to employment-based, contributory social insurance.
Despite differences between countries, then it means that it is not possible to devise general strategies for social reform which apply to Europe as a whole. It also follows that it would be a serious mistake to restrict the focus solely to the welfare role of governments (ibid).
Therefore, what is your take then on the future of welfare in Europe or the 'Western world'?

Future of welfare in Europe or the ‘Western world’

Future of the welfare state in Europe or the ‘Western world’:
The environmental and social conditions of Europe are quite different from other
countries of the western world, which has restricted the governments to focus on the same model
for welfare development in all the couturiers.
Challenges faced by Europe: How could Europe reform the Golden Era of Welfare States?
According to Baldock, Manning and Vickerstaff (2012, p. 23-25), in the cu
ent state of
Europe, it is imperative for the government to focus on social similarities instead of political
development. It is really challenging for Europe to manage a social equality due to changing
family structures and varying demands of the labor market (Taylor-Gooby, 2002, p. 37-38). As it
is stated in the article given by Beveridge (1942), during post world war II, Europe had
introduced health care services and family allowance for the people to enhance the level of social
security, which would be very critical for the country government in present and future
environment.
Cu
ently, social needs of individuals are not aligned only with the health care services,
ut these are changing from education for technological development, from globalization to
economic improvement and will change in future also...
