Health is related to number of issues and impacts; as poor health conditions can be caused by
several reasons such as poverty, unemployment, social environment, income inequality etc;
similarly good health conditions will also lead to several positive impacts such as economic
growth, better environment and increased productivity (Acheson, 1998). There is need for
direct involvement of political system and ministers in management of primary health care
services in the region. Beside this a universal health system perspective will help in global
development; it should be addressed as a global priority so global governance is required to
solve it (DHSS, 2013). I would agree with the claim that to overcome health related problems
one need to address social inequalities issues and solve them.
There is a strong interconnection between health inequalities and other social issues such as
unemployment, infrastructure, agriculture, education and environment in the region (Marmot
& Wilkinson, 2003). For instance, transport network should also focus on reducing emission;
it should encourage use of public transport...
