Empowerment can be defined as giving authority to employees and subordinates for ca

esponsibilities of doing task and freedom to take management approval before each task.
According to CA (1996) time has changed the way leadership was ca

organizations, now in health care sector also leaders need to empower their employees for
doing task; this helps in creating an environment of share value and gives employees a send
of ownership and responsibilities; which in turn facilitate in getting employee loyalty in the
organization. This is one strategy that helps in creating a win-win scenario in the healthcare
organizations with proper operational activities, satisfied employees as well as customers
