There is no clear definition given on European social model; social model is made of
various social principals and belief system that aims at economic development, social
justice, development and increase in economic efficiency (Baldock, et al., 2012). The
main objective behind forming European Union is to bind all the member states
together; there are four major welfare models that are being followed within European
egion and its member states; though there is no unified social policy being
implemented in European Union region but they do share certain common goals such
as full employment, equality in access to resources and public health care and
