Overview
The process of gathering credible reference material to make an evidence informed decision regarding treatment is a prerequisite skill for assignments as well as treatment planning in clinical practice. This basic literature search is a required skill for any academic program as well as a future skill as an evidence based practitioner. This allows the massage therapy practitioner to stay cu
ent in their practice, as well as make appropriate patient centred care decisions for treatment planning.
The annotated bibliography is a tool that allows the practitioner to track the articles that they view in their literature search, which ultimately saves time by having a tool that helps with organization.
