Introduction
An organisation is composed of number of people or a number of groups of people working together towards a common or distinct mission and even with a different vision. Organisational working and outcome greatly depends upon the nature and structure of organisation which needs to be highly ordered and sustainable. Further, healthcare industry caters people and therefore is a hospitality industry. ‘Health leads’ is an American organisation that provides healthcare services to low income patients in order to provide them with the resources to stay healthy. In this report, organisational structure, behaviour and culture of ‘health leads’ is being discussed.
1. Organizational Behaviour
Organisational behaviour is a multidisciplinary concept that is being influenced by a number of factors persisting within or outside the organisation such as sociology, psychology and economics. Majumdar (2018) mentioned that organizational behavior can be observed as the study of human behavior during the functioning of organization that it can be reflected as an interface between human behavior in an organization and the organization itself. It is basically the systematic study of people as well as groups working in an organization and their impact on the overall outcome of the organisation. 
Its major purpose is to build better relationships by achieving human as well as organizational objectives together along with the social objectives. Health leads presents the best example to reflect organizational behavior because it works upon with the vision to create sustainability as well as equality in terms of availability of the healthcare services.
