INTRODUCTION
The paper takes into account the excessive monitoring and surveillance of the employees and the
activities that are being performed by him/her online, using the IT infrastructure and setup of
ABC Corp, and that the corporation has initiated a campaign to exercise control over each and
every minute detail. This whole activity turns to be wrong ethically, because exercising
excessive control, further refers to barging into the personal sphere of an individual and tends to
harass the individual to some extent or the other and there are controls and authorities that raise
their voice against the same. Recently, many human rights organizations and NGOs have been
debating over the issue, to fix a limit over the level at which scrutiny should be implemented so
that it solves two purposes, and does not compromise security of the firm. (Martin, K.,
Freeman, R., 2003)
ABOUT EMPLOYEE MONITORING
Each and every organization however big or small has to work in accordance and in sync with
the outcome of the employees. In a business, a lot depends on the performance of the employee,
as the goods and services are produced by them, and whatever is the outcome, has to be floated
in the market. In a way, it would not be wrong to quote that business is what the employees make
