Introduction
    Organizational structure helps in identifying the roles, responsibility and power of the individual in an organization. As suggested by Borkowski (2015), organizational structure can be defined as hierarchical a
angement of the communication, duties, rights and authority of the individuals in the organization. The organization selected for the study is Johnson and Johnson.

1. Relationship of Departments, Personnel and Leaders within Organization
    The head of the organization is Chief executive officer who is also designated as chairperson and managing director in the organization. The CEO along with the board of directors take the decision on behalf of the organization. There are total 11 directors in the board of director. There are total eleven leaders in the organization, which manages their respective departments.
These leaders are Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Deputy CEO and Scientific Officer, Deputy CEO, Chief Global Supply and Chain Officer, Vice President Pharmaceutical, Vice President Legal, Chief Communication Officer, Vice President Consumer, Vice President Medical Devices, Chief Human Resource Officer, and Vice Chairperson. Every leader holds their respective department and the people within that department.
For example, CFO holds finance department and ensure the functioning of people in the finance department.
