In the fast-moving world change is the only thing which is constant. It happens when there is need for meeting up with the requirement. Change management is one of the most crucial things while operating an organization. Some of the people inside the organization will not like the change. In this paper we try to analysis about change management and the people behavior before and after the change take place in the organization. When this is applied to a business perspective it is known as change in goal and objective for an organization. For a client company it is called change in requirement. A single change may affect all the departments in the organization. Change management is where it is structured from normal state to move to a desired state. Change management is only implemented because the company goal is focusing on the competition and benefit to the company and it employee by reducing the Time for ROI and forming more business alliance that may improve the overall company standards. Not every change management model can be applied to any company. It takes time to implement the change management in the company and all the staff and methods which are being cu
ently used in the organization should not think this change is burden. This change should try to work in the existing environment seamlessly.
Approaches
One of the best approaches so far in change management is developed by lewins. Still, this model is being used in the cu
ent industry. This model has three methods which are Refreeze, change and Un freeze.
Unfreeze
This is where the organization starts preparing for the change. Most of the people will resist changing because they fear that their job is insecure so they try to resist the change. Example, in a hospital there is a clerk working for more than 10 years. Now everything is done on the computer. If this hospital is ready to make the change in the operation by the clerk who is working in the hospital will resist the change because he will judge that the hospital will ask him to leave the job. The staff must be given knowledge that change will allow the clerk to give more productivity in the hospital. The change he must know will help the clerk.
Change
This method is where the change is allowed to take place in the organization. The organization will try to adapt to the new methods by the change management so a strong leader needs to make the people believe that change is for their good.
