I setup the project 4 excel model. I wrote most of the technical report and now need it reviewed and updated to correct model. I now need to "subtract 1 and column 1. And then take the inverse by following the instructions below.

go down to B19 = b2-1

B20 = b3

This is most easily done with copy and paste.

On your matrix, for row-1 to 5, they should all look like row 6. If you are in any of those states, then you order items and you end up with 12 items to open on Wed. So they all look identical to row 12.
