Agile systems now influence Business Analyst to focus on a connection between the leading organization's framework and the end users. This serves to address the defined context by an integration between the requirements of the client and the software solution from the development team. The business analyst is responsible for cohesively aligning the planned and the delivered solutions according to the requirement of the client and so the business analyst has to comprehend the issues and the objectives of the organization.
It is also imperative to understand that the business analyst must effectively focus on analysing the requirements and solution and developing strategies that motivate the change and simplifies the stakeholder relationship in the organization. It is therefore imperative to consider that the role of the business analyst is not just specifying a single requirement that was a decade ago (McCartney et al., 2019).
