resource will be used up. It is obvious dangerous. So, some methods should be took before at 
the end of the day. My city is famous for coal in China, coal is the same as oil, it is the food for 
industry. My city is prosperous because of coal, but some smart businessmen see the trend that 
this flourishing will end someday in the near future, so they switch their treasure from coal 
industry to others, such education,agriculture. Because of this ,they save their lives in the big fall 
of coal price in 2008.
