From the case study it can be assumed and seen that Mrs. Abdul and her family is a bit conservative in nature. They have different socio cultural norms. Hence as a reimbursement specialist I need to do some homework and know about their culture a bit so that I can communicate with them better. In this way they will also feel comfortable and would probably express their thoughts and mind better.
