Oreo is a US brand; it’s a sandwich cookie, which is produced by Kraft products.  A chocolate 
cookie with a cream coated in between.  It was first introduced in 1912, throughout the century 
its being the most selling cookie in the US. 
The Oreo cookie was produced and developed in 1912 by the National biscuit Company in a 
factory, which is now popularly known by the name of OREO Way. When the product was first 
designed the name “Oreo” was in the center and wealth was designed around the edges of 
cookie. 
The Oreo is a chocolate cookie, with chocolate cream in the mid of the two cookies, New flavors 
have been introduced Like Double Stuff Oreo, Strawberry Milkshake Oreo, Blueberry Ice-cream 
Oreo, etc. 
Production Process of Oreo 
In the production of Oreo chocolate chip, huge beater machines, baking machines, designing 
machines, packing machines are used by the company. The bags of sugar and butter is added in a 
beater machine, two types of Choco powders are also added to give the desired taste and color to 
the mixture, these are left for getting blend in the machine. After a passage of time, other 
ingredients are added like salt, baking soda, and vinegar to the same. The huge beaters mix all 
the ingredients together, and then oil is added to the batter and mixed again. After some time 
water is added to make it look like a chocolate soup. Lastly flour is added to the same, and it is 
kept at the room temperature. The final chocolate dough is pressed into the machine manually by 
the workers, the machine provides shapes to the cookies, and around 500 cookies are designed in 
an hour. These cookies are then shift to a gas oven where they are baked,
