It is the process of knowing about the local resources as human capital as well as the funding sources for the development of the EBP project. In fact, every EBP project—if it requires the application of the local healthcare system—needs to have proper implication of the local human resources to find models of leadership along with maintaining the essential level of competence (Green & Tones, 2009). A formal understanding of how the local projects are carried out, what types of primary and secondary sources of knowledge are available for developing EBP project effectively is the key highlights of collaborating with the local human resources. This contains the inclusion of various types of experts such as nurses or physicians who impart with their knowledge with regard to understand the local development of resources and their application to the EBP project.
