Introduction
Health care industry is completely based upon the interaction between the doctors or clinicians and the respective patients and in between all this patient’s safety and privacy is the major health quality principle that has to be maintained by the officials. Between the period of his appointment and departure doctor saw more than 1400 cases related to operation, renal unit, infection control unit (ICU) and many more.
