Introduction
Any country gets enriched by its population. India the third world country has been enriched with approximately 130 cores of population. The country can be characterized by unity in diversity. The country has encouraged the growth of numerous religions. It has many of the busy states. West Bengal has been one of them. West Bengal is situated on the east side of the country. Kolkata is the capital of West Bengal and it has been one of the busiest megacities. Kolkata has a large population. Bengali is the language of the city. Formerly, the city was called Calcutta during British rule. It has been situated beside the river Ganges. The city has been enriched with commerce, manufacturing units, transportation, and many other attractive visiting places. Enormous vehicles have rendered pollution to the city. It has been withstood many of the diseases and fought over that. There is a center for ICMR or Indian Council for Medical Research that contributes researches on various health-related problems or diseases.

Kolkata is the capital of West Bengal situated in the east part of India. Kolkata has been located beside the river Ganges. It has been flourished with much of the beneficiaries of the pure river of Hinduism. This is also called the Hooghly River. Kolkata was established in the year 1772 by Job Charnock. The predominant language is Bengali there. The area of the city is 40 square miles indulging thousands of population. The city has been fashioned by the British rulers. It has been overpopulated by the legacy of the colonial culture. It has been a large and vi
ant city of India. It has been enriched by art and culture (Reilley et al., 2018). The population belongs to the different economic groups starting from lower to the upper economy. There are some proud names to be mentioned like Rabindranath Tagore, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, Satyajit Ray, Amartya Sen, Sourav Ganguly, and many more. These are the famous names by which India gets honored in every corner of the world. The city has given birth to many famous writers, poets, and Noble Laureates. The recent name has been Prof. Abhijit Binayak Bandyopadhyay. There are approximately 6 universities in this city encouraging education for the Master's level and Ph.D. thus, the education system has been flourished by many of the eminent Professors (Ahamed et al., 2017). There are many famous doctors who have contributed too many of the diseases. There are numerous researches going on in the medical sciences. However, different economic groups are noticed in every corner of the city. There are street beggars, hawkers, and many other people who live in pavements and do not have any definite living place. They get exposed to the hydroca
ons of the vehicles and exposed to many of the diseases. The city has withstood many of the endemic diseases like cholera, smallpox, and others. besides these, there are many people who suffer from tuberculosis, leprosy, epilepsy, etc. Children especially growing up in the pavements suffer from malnutrition. Their parents cannot afford education for them. Their childhood gets destroyed by many of the economic and uneconomic reasons. There are many Government hospitals that provide vaccinations to children. There are some compulsory vaccinations that are administered to each of the infants after taking birth (Marley, 2019). The city has fought with polio on the predominant diseases of the 1970s. Many of the children had to suffer from polio and lived their life with physical handicaps. The Government had taken initiatives in abolishing the diseases and was succeeded. Now, not a single case can be observed for polio. The city has been gained the vaccinations of the hepatitis B virus. There are liberal parties dominate the city (Lakhotia et al., 2019). The population gets patronage from their rulers. There are many factories running on the outskirts of the city. Previously, the fumes of the factories used to pollute the environment. However, with the development of filter, the chimney can be utilized not by emitting the fumes or by abso
