Summary
Type 2 diabetes is a disability in the manner the body manages as well as involves glucose as energy. Insulin is a type of hormone that is mainly secreted by pancreas that behaves like a key, it actually allows the sugar to mix with the blood thus the blood can use the sugar or glucose as a fuel. Insulin also helps to maintain the sugar level in the blood. Thus when level of insulin decreases sugar level in the blood riseas well as it cause diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is very common disease in adult stage. In excess of 37 million peoples of America have diabetes (around 1 of every 10), as well as roughly 90-95% of them have diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus is also known as type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes used to be recognized as grown-up beginning diabetes. A deep rooted condition can influence the regular daily existence. Health behavior which are related to diabetes those are like food intake, huge stress, hypertension, taking sweetend beverages in huge manner, less physical exercise, lack of sleep etc.
